Hatha Yoga – Ania
My adventure with yoga and massage therapy began in 2015. It has given me a unique strength, stability and peace of mind. I can’t imagine my life without movement. Besides yoga, I love running and I am an Animal Flow instructor. In my classes, I focus on healthy and conscious movement. Having been injured early in my yoga journey (spinal hernia), I pay special attention to body awareness and balancing it with the mind. During the class, step by step, you will have the chance to become stronger and more flexible. We will discover some self-massage methods that will help you relieve pain and muscle tension. I will also introduce you to some breathing techniques that will bring tranquility and peace into your life. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your level! Ready to feel good in your body?
