Vinyasa Yoga – Aurélie
I discovered yoga a few years ago, initially to complement my running practice, for muscle strengthening, but also to keep (and improve) flexibility. The practice of yoga quickly became much more than that and is now essential to my balance. To me, yoga is the perfect marriage between mental and physical health. I therefore decided to take a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga course here in Brussels. I love to share this passion with my students through classes that are sometimes dynamic and intense, sometimes through a calmer flow to just decompress, but always accessible. I also continue to follow courses/trainings to evolve and be able to offer more to my yogis. I am giving classes on Wednesday evenings: a gentle flow accessible to all, ideal to end a busy day and disconnect for a while. The class is suitable for all levels. Registration by email or sms.
