Yoga Therapy Flow – Brigitte
In this class, you will discover that your mat can become your personal space of well-being! You will also learn to use your own internal resources to meet your emotions, regulate your nervous system, relax and/or increase your energy. There is therefore a focus on “self-care” in my classes. Each class will address a specific theme, related to the physical, emotional, energetic, mental, and/or spiritual dimensions of the body. During the whole session, the attention is focused on the breath which goes through a sequence of postures related to the theme of the class. Registration via email or by phone.
