Caroline

About Caroline
Yoga came to me by chance. Unable to keep up with my usual sports class, I turned to yoga thinking it would help me to relax a bit before going back to the gym... Here I am 15 years later! Yoga was a real revelation. The unique sensation of an inner journey, a reconnection with oneself and with one's space. The present moment takes on its full meaning. The magic that delights me in every class - whether as a student or as a teacher - is that feeling of returning to oneself. After years of practice, I was overcome by the desire to share this magic of yoga. I trained with my various teachers before obtaining my 200H teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa in Paris. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa with a therapeutic approach. At the same time, I'm completing 5 years of studies in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. What I like about my path is that each stage complements the other.
Emmanuelle
YIN YANG YOGA Saturday 11:00 – 12:00

About Emmanuelle
I started yoga 10 years ago when I was looking for a way to balance my emotional and nervous state. After a few years of practice, I decided to go further by training to become a teacher in India. I came back with the tools to help people heal their bodies and minds. I have been teaching yoga full time in Brussels for five years now, while continuing to study human anatomy, different relaxation techniques and meditation. My students appreciate the creativity of my sequences, my good pedagogy, the precision of my instructions and my gentleness. This Yin Yang Yoga class is a mixture of everything I have learned over the years: a first part with an energetic Vinyasa flow to stimulate the whole body followed by Yin postures with gentle massages to relax deeply.
Flora

About Flora
Welcome to Maa Tara Yoga, where the practice is enriched by the wisdom of Tibetan Goddess Tara, renowned for her compassion, strength, and wisdom. I'm Flora, a passionate yogini for the past decade, and a certified Hatha yoga teacher since 2019. Formerly a professional dancer, I've always been fascinated by the connection between movement, the body, and the soul. My sessions encompass breath work, asanas, meditation, positive affirmations, visualizations, and the soothing resonance of singing bowls for relaxation. Remember, yoga isn't a competition; it's a journey where we can discover challenges even in the simplest asanas. Join me, and let's explore the limitless potential of mind, body, and spirit together. The class will be held in English.
Giulia

About Giulia
My yoga journey started in 2014, when I discovered and fell in love with the practice of Ashtanga. During the years that followed, after my first teacher training in 2016, and while working through some injuries, my approach to yoga slowly transformed, bringing me closer to its therapeutic side. This is what eventually led me to study Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda. In my teaching today I incorporate the different tools and insights I have acquired over the years. Ashtanga remains an important part of my yoga journey. In my Ashtanga classes I aim to allow my students, no matter their level, to unlock the benefits of this practice. Leading them to challenge the body strength and flexibility, foster deep breathing and enhance mental focus, to eventually bring deep relaxation to both body and mind.
Katerina
VINYASA FLOWÂ Wednesday 18:30 – 19:30
YOGA NIDRAÂ Wednesday 19:45 – 20:45Â

About Katerina
Yoga Nidra is a sound journey, guided by my voice and instruments, to the heart of your intuition and your energetic body. Every Wednesday, you'll discover the spiritual and meditative side of yoga, as well as its shamanic origins. I change the script every week according to my intuition, the seasons or the lunar cycles. You can set your intention and let your unconscious speak to you, which will bring you the answers you need. In the first part of the evening I give a Vinyasa class, a dynamic yoga with flowing sequences of postures. We finish the class with some yin stretching on the floor. The two classes can be taken consecutively for a complete yoga experience.
Larissa

About Larissa
Welcome to the No-judgment Club, buddy!
I teach and practice Vinyasa and Hatha, as well as the recently introduced Yin (to bring some softness to this world of bullies). I discovered yoga in 2018 during a pretty complicated time in my life (grief, breakup,...) and it literally saved me Disconnected from myself, yoga taught me to listen to my body, to value it and revealed many treasures to myself. More than the physical aspect, yoga teaches a system of values, a framework and a lifestyle, which I believe allow us to live in a more serene, peaceful way.
I want to offer you a safe place, a space where you can be yourself, without judging or comparing yourself. That you allow yourself a moment to listen to your body, to see it no longer as a "tool" to be performed, but as your partner, who does extraordinary, surprising and unexpected things when you take the time to cherish it!
So remember: Perfection lies in imperfection
Ludovica

About Ludovica
Passionate about languages and movement, I started facilitating yoga in 2020 and it quickly became the red thread of my life. Yoga has allowed me to find more alignment and serenity in everyday life, live in different countries and create heartfelt communities by bringing people together and encouraging them to expand in and out. I teach different styles of classes and particularly like slower, meditative practices, such as yin and restorative, offering more time to tap into the deepest layers of the self and gain inner wisdom. One of my main goals in sharing the practice and philosophy behind yoga is for us to cultivate more connection, compassion and acceptance to welcome life as it is. Every week we will embark on a new journey, creating a little oasis for us to simply be and allow our body to speak, our breath to flow, our mind to relax, our tensions/stuck emotions to melt, and our hearts to expand. Our weekly ritual will include gentle flows, yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditations, sharing circles and much more. No matter where you are in life, if you feel called, you are always welcome to join us!
Marine

About Marine
I started practicing yoga when I was living in India - at first to stay fit in a country where running was not really an option. I gradually discovered all the benefits of the movements, breaths and meditation. In 2019, I took a teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga. I immediately started teaching in companies while continuing to deepen my knowledge. A year later I trained in prenatal yoga and since then, I have been lucky enough to assist several super moms in their pregnancy. I am convinced of the multiple benefits of yoga, both on the mat and in daily life. No competition, no comparison. To practice yoga is to take the time to move with full awareness and to reconnect with oneself in a playful, creative and caring way. Each one at his own pace.
Romane

About Romane
I like to describe yoga as a journey towards self-acceptance. My journey began in 2018, in Nepal, where I practiced yoga for the first time. Back in Belgium, I started going to a yoga studio regularly and observed subtle changes in myself and a growing feeling of lightness. The asana practice helps me to reconcile with my body. I observe how it works, learn to accept its limits and develop patience. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation help me to have more confidence, to be stronger, to slow down and live more consciously in the present moment. All this helps me to have a better relationship with myself and, ultimately, with others. I was able to deepen all these aspects during my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training at the Brussels Yoga Loft in early 2023. This training is just one step of my journey: yoga and its philosophy are so vast. Today, I teach Hatha Yoga. My role is to accompany my students on their own journey, offering them an accessible, safe and varied practice. I look forward to practicing with you! Pancha Yoga

About Pancha Yoga
Pancha Yoga is a collective of 4 yoginis from Brussels, created after their YTT in Ashtanga at the Brussels Yoga Loft in the summer of 2022. Their intention is to support each other, practice together and keep their powerful connection alive. They want to pass on the practice of yoga. Based on Ashtanga, they also offer a variant of Ashtanga based Vinyasa flow. A dynamic sequence of repetitive postures, Ashtanga is a cleansing practice that releases fiery energy. Each with their own personal touch, they alternate teaching every fourth Thursday. The 4 yoginis : - Celine - Find your balance by playing with mental and physical limits, and letting go of the non-duality of sensations and emotions. - Clara - I share the calm, strength and joy that yoga gives me. - Larissa - Let's create together a space of self-respect, connection and conviviality. - Nastasja - Let your body and mind flow through movement.
